ADJUSTABLE ANGLE ATTACHMENT
The angle attachment HF08-30 is used in combination with the HiFIT device for post-treatment of weld seams in hard-to-reach areas. All HiFIT devices are applicable.
For the HiFIT process to be applied correctly, it is important to maintain a 70-90° angle to the base material. However, for design reasons this can be difficult. The HF08-30 angle attachment is an effective solution here.
The angle mount is bent at a 30° angle and can be easily mounted on the HiFIT device in eight different positions.

HiFIT, the advantages of high frequency hammering
The HiFIT method improves weld quality by creating vibrations on the surface of materials using a high-frequency hammering process. This method only improves the surface quality without any change in the properties of the material. It also improves the durability of materials by increasing surface hardness and corrosion resistance. Therefore, the HiFIT method is used in many sectors.
The automotive industry in particular prefers the HiFIT method to improve surface hardness and corrosion resistance. The HiFIT process is used for forging critical components such as high-performance engine parts, transmission gears and brake components. This increases the durability and performance of the materials.
The defense industry also uses HiFIT to improve the durability and performance of high-performance parts. Many parts used in this industry are subject to wear, impact and corrosion in a variety of environments. The HiFIT method increases the durability of these parts by increasing the surface hardness, thus ensuring their reliability and long life. However, the HiFIT method is preferred in many sectors, including the defense industry, as it is a low-cost and fast method.
In conclusion, the HiFIT method is a highly effective weld strengthening method to improve surface hardness, corrosion resistance and durability. For this reason, it is widely used in many sectors such as automotive, defense, aerospace, energy, machinery manufacturing. The HiFIT method is also very popular because it only improves the weld quality without any change in the properties of the materials.
The HiFIT method also improves surface quality. It removes cracks, gouges and other surface defects on the surface of materials. In this way, surface roughness is reduced and a smoother and more homogeneous surface is created. This improves the appearance of the materials and minimizes problems during surface treatment.
Another advantage of the HiFIT method is that it is easy and fast to implement. While traditional strengthening methods often require long and laborious procedures, the HiFIT method can be applied in a matter of minutes. This saves time and costs in production processes.
