Working Principle :
The current-controllable magnetic blocks (AlNiCo in the coil) are magnetized by a few seconds of current pulse (Graph 1 + 2). The magnetic blocks are oriented in the opposite direction to the Neodymium permanent magnets when the magnet is in the off position (Graph 1). The magnetic blocks are oriented in the same direction as the neodymium permanent magnets when the magnet is in the open position (Graph 2). Since electropermanent magnets have a very strong clamping force, they retain their clamping force even in the event of a current failure.

The patented (EPM) electropermanent square pole clamping table offers you the perfect solution by connecting your steel materials to your machining machines in an extremely safe and energy efficient way. Using pole head extensions compensates for the irregular shape of the workpiece and prevents distortion of your part form.

It offers the perfect solution for connecting your magnetic and non-magnetic materials safely and energy-efficiently to your workbenches. Special for Electropermanent Crimping Tabs
The electronic control functions to adjust the clamping force up to 8 degrees by opening and closing the poles on the magnetic clamping table. If more than one magnetic table is to be managed from one hand, there is a multi-channel control unit for this. If more than one magnetic table is to function in a group, the tables are connected to each other with a JB distributor. The D50 control unit is sufficient for 600×600 mm tables and the D100 control unit is sufficient for larger tables. Each control unit is equipped with a 400V connection with a 3 meter cable and each channel is equipped with a 3.5 m long bayonet plug.
